  28. He was for a time on the panel of experts for The Bridge World's
  29. Master Solvers' Club. His name is included among "Leading Bridge
  30. Personalities" in the ACBL's Official Encyclopedia of Bridge.

  33. free of any "registration" fee (but donations are gratefully
  34. accepted). A completely unabridged version is available from the
